I am happy that Mayor Fulop’s administration has pledged to implement the Jersey City’s bikeway plan starting in September 2013. Streetsblog broke the story on August 15th in an article entitled Jersey City’s Missing Bike Lanes Will Be Striped This Fall, City Promises. The article refereces Bikas’ earlier pieces regarding repaving proceeding without planned bike facilities.
